We could leave our luggage before the day of check in. Free bottle water. The room was big and confortable .

The staff wasn't friendly. They only provided 1 magnetic key. The wifi didn't worked properlly. The price didn't included breakfast.

Modern interiors and the room is very spacious! Although, the mattress is a little hard than most hotels I've stayed in, it is definitely very clean! Toiletries and complimentary water are provided, and the area is also very quiet, a good night sleep can be expected. There are food establishments available just a stone throw away. A travel agency is also just at the corner of the street adjacent to the hotel. The property is also walking distance to Chiang Mai's Walking Street, which becomes a market during weekends. If anyone loves walking, it is not too far from the Old Town. I also tried walking from the airport to the hotel when I arrived in Chiang Mai, it didn't seem far to me. I actually never rode any Red Taxi to go places in my entire stay in Chiang Mai, except for trips to farther places riding in tandem on a motorbike, and a Red Taxi service from the hotel to the airport for my flight back to Bangkok. But my Wat visits were all done by just walking the streets of Chiang Mai. The more I walked, the more I discovered things.

No breakfast available. I had to get up, take a good shower and go out of the hotel to grab breakfast. There is no convenience store near the hotel, and the hotel can offer only instant noodles, ice cream and some canned/botteld beverages. The airconditioner in the room I got sits atop a wall beside my queen-sized bed, and blows directly on it, so it is not quite a good thing.

Car parking lot is not enough. Convenience store is too far from the hotel.

We stayed 3 days and the wifi and room key had to be reset every day to work

Budget hotel. Comfortable clean and modern.

Some furnitures looked old and a bit broken. There are no 7-Elevens or minimarts around.

The ownership group, B2, of this hotel, B2 Thippanate, is an amateurish joke. After accepting credit card payment online, the ownership has a policy of forcing guests to pay in cash for the room at the property. So the hotel group makes the guests pay TWICE, then they tell you they always do this and the online credit card payment will be refunded in 30 days, lol. I was stunned. "You want me to pay twice?" I asked. "Yes sir, all guest pay twice, once online with a credit card to make reservation and again, in cash, when they check in. But we will refund your credit card payment to you in 30 days." I couldn't believe it. They took the money from the credit card immediately, but I have to wait 30 days for them to return my money? I don't think so. The worst part about it was the room only cost @ $11- 15 per night. So the actual amount was insignificant. But it was the very idea they would have the arrogance to suggest people should pay twice for the room and then hold your money for 30 days. It is the most rank, amateurish move I've ever seen. No word about this policy on Booking.com either. I wouldn't stay at this or any other B2 property if they gave me the room free of charge.

I like it because it is a beautiful clean room.

I had not enough bath in this moment. they let me not check in. I had to walk back to the airport to change usd to bath in an exchange store.
